35 ml amaretto (1.25 oz.)
25 ml Wild Turkey 101 (1 oz.)
20 ml fresh lemon juice (.75 oz.)
1 egg white
1 barspoon Jack Rudy Bourbon Cherry syrup

Shake, discard ice and shake again
Strain into a rocks glass with cubed ice

Garnish with:
1 barspoon of Jack Rudy Bourbon Cherry syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters

Backwoods Bourbon Punch

In a shaker tin with ice, combine:

6 oz. bourbon
3 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
2 oz. sweet vermouth
1.5 oz. Jack Rudy Grenadine

Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass

In a shaker tin with ice, combine:

.5 oz. Giffard Pamplemousse Pink Grapefruit Liquer

Shake and strain into into rocks glass with one large piece of ice
Garnish with a Pamplemouse-soaked Jack Rudy Bourbon Cherry (disregard soaking if time constrained)

For Pamplemouse Cherry:
Soak several cherries for a minimum of 1 day in jar filled with Giffard Grapefruit Pamplemousse

1.5 oz. vodka
.75 oz. Jack Rudy Sweet Tea Syrup
.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 drops lavender bitters

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe

Red Rye Punch

In a punch bowl, combine:

2 cups rye whiskey
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup Jack Rudy Grenadine
.5 cup Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
5-6 drops of Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters

Stir and chill until cold, around 3 hours
Add large ice cubes roughly 30 minutes prior to serving
Add 12 oz. club soda and 1 handful of cloves just before serving
Serve with ice in an old fashioned or rocks glass

Dad’s Drink

In a shaker tin with ice combine:

1.5 oz. bourbon
.75 oz. Jack Rudy Sweet Tea Syrup
.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 drops lavender bitters

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe
Garnish with a lemon twist

In a shaker tin with ice, combine:

2 oz. vodka
1 oz. Jack Rudy Sweet Tea Syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon juice

Shake and strain into a collins glass with ice
Top with roughly 4 ounces of soda water and stir to combine
Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint

Port & Tonic

In a collins glass with ice, combine:

2 oz. white port (Niepoort, Taylor’s, or Kopke)
.75 oz. Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic Syrup
4-5 oz. soda water

Stir to combine
Garnish with lemon or orange twist

El Presidente

In a mixing glass with ice, combine:

.75 oz. aged rum
.75 oz. silver rum
.75 oz. dry vermouth
.25 oz. orange curacao or Grand Marnier
.25 oz. Jack Rudy Grenadine

Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe

The Cure

In a collins glass with ice, combine:

5-6 oz. club soda or seltzer water
5-6 drops of Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters

Shake for 30 seconds
Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds

Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube

Dillionaire
The Straight Up

In a shaker tin without ice combine:

2 cucumber slices
2 sprigs of fresh dill
.5 oz. Luxardo Mascharino
.5 oz. Jack Rudy Classic Tonic Syrup

Muddle lightly to break up cucumber and dill, then add ice and:

2 oz. Hendricks Gin
.5 oz. Cocchi Americano
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
1 drop Bittermens Boston Bittahs (or any citrus-based bitters)

Shake until outside of shaker begins to ice over
Double strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with soda water
Garnish with cucumber slice, dill sprig and 1 more drop of bitters

1.5 oz. Journeyman White Rye (or any un-aged white rye whiskey)
.5 oz. Jack Rudy Classic Tonic Syrup
.75 oz. lemon juice
1 egg white

Shake for 30 seconds
Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds

In the bottom of a chilled martini glass, pour:

.25 oz. Jack Rudy Grenadine

Double strain first four ingredients over Grenadine
Using a bar spoon to divert, add:

3 oz. sparkling rose wine
