We work with our friends in the Catskill Mountains of New York state for this prized Maple Syrup. Their trees are hand-tapped, and the maple sap is reduced over a wood-fired evaporator; the finished syrup is aged in local White Oak Bourbon barrels for a gorgeous end result you are not soon to forget. The slow and careful process yields a rich, robust maple syrup, accented with Bourbon aromatics, perfect for the kitchen or the bar; it is equally at home over a pile of pancakes, or in a Maple Old Fashioned cocktail.
