When updating the cocktail olive, we celebrated our affinity for a classic Martini: a nice splash of Dry Vermouth, and the punch of juniper & coriander that we associate with a great Dry Gin. Our olives, grown in California, share that same flavor profile; they are a hearty olive, unstuffed, with a flavorful brine that you’ll no doubt find a suitable use for.

These olives are the ideal companion to that classic cocktail, as well as a Bloody Mary - or, as the Italians do it, with a nice Spritz. You might even find them good enough to eat straight from the jar.

All orders are shipped from Charleston, SC. Shipments will generally go out 2 days after an order is placed, but every effort is made for them to go out same or next day.

Flat Rate shipping determined by destination state. For all orders under $75, rate remains flat regardless of order size. All Flat Rate orders ship UPS Ground. All East and Midwest Orders ($5 Flat Rate) should arrive 2-5 business days from order date. All West Orders ($8 Flat Rate) should arrive 5-7 business from order date.

A great way to elevate any drink, especially a martini! Flavorful and delicious! Highly recommend.

Perfect addition to a martini

I really enjoy a classic martini for Friday evening cocktail time. Hendricks gin, Noilly Prat or Cocchi Americano, stirred with ice in a crystal pitcher and strained into a chilled cocktail glass. Drop in one of these olives, and watch the tiny droplets of olive oil skitter across the surface. Now, a sip, and the cares of the week slip away. These are truly great olives. Would love to see a couple of stuffed versions for bloody Mary or other cocktails, but for a martini, these are terrific.

Hey, Jack, maybe pimento or caper stuffed? Or pickled onions for Gibson fans?

I just loved the olives. A great way to enhance a martini for guests (and myself). I will order them again, just wish I could get them locally.

Peppercorns!

Watch for the peppercorns. They get lodged in the pit hole and makes for an unpleasant experience when biting into the olive. I would like to see them stuffed with an almond.
