Flat Rate shipping determined by destination state. For all orders under $75, rate remains flat regardless of order size. All Flat Rate orders ship UPS Ground. All East and Midwest Orders ($5 Flat Rate) should arrive 2-5 business days from order date. All West Orders ($8 Flat Rate) should arrive 5-7 business from order date.

You’ll love our products. If you don’t, send them back within 14 days and we’ll take care of it. We accept returns on any unopened, damaged, or unsatisfactory goods. Return requests are processed within 2-3 days. Any orders made that have not yet shipped can be cancelled.

All orders are shipped from Charleston, SC. Shipments will generally go out 2 days after an order is placed, but every effort is made for them to go out same or next day.
