
Old Fashioned
In a rocks glass, combine:
- 2oz bourbon or rye
- .25oz Jack Rudy Demerara Syrup
- 8-10 drops Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters
Garnish with an orange twist and a Jack Rudy Bourbon Cocktail Cherry.

The Daytripper
In a shaker tin with ice, combine:
- 1.5oz vodka
- .75oz Jack Rudy Sweet Tea Syrup
- .5oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 drops lavender bitters
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Red Sangria (N/A)
In a punch bowl or large pitcher, combine:
- 1 orange, 1 lime, & 1 lemon (any or all, sliced)
- 1 apple, cut into chunks
- 3.5 cups unsweetened pomegranate, tart cherry juice, or blend
- .5 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5oz Jack Rudy Sweet Tea Syrup
- Jack Rudy Demerara Syrup (to taste for a sweeter sangria)
Let sit for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Ladle or pour into a wine glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with your macerated fruit

In a shaker tin without ice, muddle:
- 4 mint leaves
- 3 lemon slices
- 3 Jack Rudy Bourbon Cocktail Cherries
Add:
- 2oz bourbon
- .5oz fresh lemon juice

- .5oz Jack Rudy Sweet Tea Syrup

Seven Island Iced Tea
In a shaker tin without ice, combine:
- 1.5oz Banks Golden Age Rum
- .75oz Jack Rudy Sweet Tea Syrup
- .5oz lemon juice
- .5oz Cocchi Americano
- 5 drops Bittermen's Elemakule Tiki Bitters
Shake w/ ice and strain into a Collins glass w/ 1 large cube. Top with 1 oz soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Hot Gin & Tonic

- 1.75oz of your favorite gin (we like a London Dry here)
- .75oz Jack Rudy Classic Tonic Syrup
- 3.5oz hot water

- 1.5oz Plymouth Gin
- .5oz Laird's Apple Brandy
- .75oz fresh lemon juice

Shake for 30 seconds, add ice, and shake again for 30 seconds
Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube. Garnish with 3 Jack Rudy Bourbon Cherries on a cocktail pick.

The Cure
In a collins glass with ice, combine:
- 5-6oz club soda or seltzer water
- 5-6 drops of Jack Rudy Aromatic or Lavender Bitters
Stir to combine. Will help cure even the most vicious of hangovers!
