Our Grapefruit Bitters are an incredible addition to any bar set-up - they bring a clean, pronounced grapefruit flavor accented with layers of spice, employed subtly.  The result is an elegant, versatile bitters; they are fresh and bright and wonderful in a Gin & Tonic, a classic Margarita or used to dress up the cocktail of your choice.

All orders are shipped from Charleston, SC. Shipments will generally go out 2 days after an order is placed, but every effort is made for them to go out same or next day.

Flat Rate shipping determined by destination state. For all orders under $75, rate remains flat regardless of order size. All Flat Rate orders ship UPS Ground. All East and Midwest Orders ($5 Flat Rate) should arrive 2-5 business days from order date. All West Orders ($8 Flat Rate) should arrive 5-7 business from order date.

Not sure if I can taste the difference in my G&T, but might seem a bit fresher

Grapefruit Bitters

I was expecting a mixture of aeromatics and mouth-flavor, but this is mouth-flavor only. Goes well with gin and water, but is overwhelmed by something with citrus aeromatics of its own (lemon or lime juce tested so far). An interesting ingrediant for experimentation.

Grapefruit Bitters are wonderful.

A few drops of these bitters adds lots of interest to a gin drink. I add them to a gimlet or a gin and tonic. Love the extra flavor.

Bitters sets off the rhubarb G&T

On occasion I infuse gin with rhubarb. I added the grapefruit bitters to the gin tonic and it took it to another level.
And I always use Jack Rudy Classic Tonic Syrup for my G&Ts. Great combination.

Bitters betters a Margarita

Love the grapefruit bitters in Margaritas.
It gives it that extra tang and tartness especially when mixed with Jack’s Margarita mix!
