The Dirty Martini has become a classic choice for cocktail lovers around the world. 

We discovered that while many customers were enjoying our Vermouth Brined Olives at home, they were looking for a higher quality Olive Brine to use in their cocktails. The widely available olive brine options were lacking the seasoning needed to properly accent the best gins and vodkas on the market. 

Working with our olive farm, we developed a delicious, full-flavored Brine that elevates the Dirty Martini to new heights. Aged naturally for 10 months, this mother brine boasts an incredibly robust flavor profile.  This will become a must have for any home bar (or restaurant bar!) looking for the ideal Dirty Martini.

The Perfect Olive Brine

My wife & I love a good Martini but my wife likes hers extra dirty and I like mine slightly dirty. So I put the bottle of Jack Rudy Olive Brine in the fridge, make the martinis and then put 1 splash of olive brine in mine & 3 splashes of brine in the Wife’s! Everyone is happy & if you haven’t tried JR Premium Olive Brine, you must as it EXCELLENT 🍸🍸

Martinis without wasting the olives

I love martinis. Olives, not so much. This can lead to a waste of olives and where Jack Rudy Olive Brine comes to the rescue. Best brine I have found so far. I will say my first purchase which was batch# 000014 was a bit lighter and brighter than my second batch (000020).
