  • 1.5 oz. Applejack
  • .5 oz. Jack Rudy Grenadine
  • .5 oz. lime juice

Shake then double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe

  • .5 oz. fresh lemon juice

  • .5 oz. Giffard Pamplemousse Pink Grapefruit Liquer

Shake and strain into into rocks glass with one large piece of ice Garnish with a Pamplemouse-soaked Jack Rudy Bourbon Cherry (disregard soaking if time constrained)

  • 4-5 oz. soda water

  • .75 oz. dry vermouth

  • 5-6 drops of Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters

In a shaker tin without ice, combine:

  • 1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin
  • .5 oz. Laird's Apple Brandy
  • .75 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • .25 oz. Jack Rudy Grenadine

Shake for 30 seconds Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds


Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube Garnish with 3 Jack Rudy Bourbon Cherries on a cocktail pick

  • 1.75 oz. Sipsmith London Dry Gin (or your favorite gin)
  • .75 oz. Jack Rudy Classic Tonic Syrup
  • .25 oz. simple syrup

  • .50 ounces Lemon Juice
  • .50 ounces Cocchi Americano
  • 5 drops Bittermen's Elemakule Tiki Bitters

Shake w/ ice and strain into a collins glass w/ 1 large cube Top with 1 ounce Soda Water Garnish with a Lemon Wedge
